Most of us are under the illusion our Health is fine, we feel this way for we do not seem to struggle overly with everyday things. This sadly is not an accurate indicator of where we are at. This is reflective as our Normal and is all it is “A feeling”. Case in point the man who came to see me with Stage 4 Colon Cancer he told me he felt just fine until he got the news.
